Hello

A little bit of what I am here for.

I am here to help individuals with special needs live fuller, more independent lives through compassionate, personalized support that includes health & wellness.

I have been working many years with people who have special needs for over 15 years. I became licensed  in 2023 for HCBS (Home and Community Based Services.)

My biggest passion is to help people to use their abilities to live creative lives through assistance and training to assist them in becoming more independent.

I want them to feel safe in their homes, communities, work enviroments and in life. I want to see them to grow, learn and live the best life.

My Story

I not only work with and train individuals with special needs, I have done a lot of writing through the experiences I have had while working as a healthcare professional. I have had substantial experience in assisting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and emotional distress.

In my work, I have walked alongside individuals with a wide range of diagnoses and life experiences, helping them develop practical tools for emotional regulation, resilience, and self-trust. I rely on evidence-based methods and trauma-informed principles, always honoring each person’s individual path toward healing.

I believe that mental health support should feel safe, accessible, and compassionate, not intimidating, or judgmental. I am deeply committed to supporting people who feel lost, overwhelmed, or out of touch with themselves, helping them find renewed confidence, balance, and optimism.

Through my writing, I bring knowledge and real-world understanding together in a gentle, relatable way. My goal is not to “fix” people, but to empower them with skills they can use every day to support their well-being.

When I am not working or writing, I enjoy quiet moments of reflection, learning, and creating resources that help others feel less alone in their struggles.

I focus on reminding individuals that healing is possible, growth is achievable, and they do not have to walk this path alone.
